Mike Magee
Mike Magee is a senior strategic adviser with more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of business, government, investment and public policy.
As founder and President of Convergence Strategies, he advises senior leaders on complex strategic challenges, major investment and development initiatives, and opportunities requiring the alignment of commercial, political and institutional interests.
His work combines strategic analysis with practical execution, including building partnerships, navigating complex decision-making environments, negotiating agreements and advancing initiatives involving diverse stakeholders.
Mike has played a key strategic role in major infrastructure and land use initiatives and has advised businesses, governments, investors and philanthropic organizations across sectors including real estate, technology and natural resources.
Suzanne Hawkes
Suzanne Hawkes is a leadership adviser, management consultant and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience working with senior leaders and organizations across government, business, philanthropy and civil society in Canada and the United States.
She advises executives and leadership teams on organizational strategy, leadership effectiveness and navigating complex change. Her work combines executive coaching, strategic facilitation and leadership development to strengthen decision-making, organizational alignment, collaboration and performance.
Suzanne has supported senior government leaders, Crown corporations, foundations and other complex organizations. She is a founding instructor in Simon Fraser University’s executive leadership programs and a longstanding senior trainer with the U.S.-based Rockwood Leadership Institute. Her approach combines strategic and organizational insight with a practical, equity-informed understanding of leadership, team effectiveness, power and organizational dynamics.
